On November 29 RA NA Standing Committees Convene Sittings

On November 29, the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan in the second reading debated the package of the draft laws on a number of RA laws which presented the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan.

The Committee endorsed the package of the draft laws, as well as the packages of a group of laws and one draft law on several RA laws for including them in the draft law of the agenda of the upcoming session.

The Deputy Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Argam Abrahamyan moderated the regular sitting of the Committee.

The MPs debated a number of RA draft laws on Amending the RA laws, and the Committee endorsed one of them, and the debate of the few were postponed.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Armen Ashotyan convened the regular sitting.

The issue of holding a joint sitting of the RA NA and AR NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and the NA Draft Statement on Beginning the Process of Suspending the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty Enforcement were also included in the agenda of the sitting,

The Committee endorsed the issue of convening a visiting sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations in the Artsakh Republic on December 9. The visiting sitting will be held jointly with the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of Artsakh Parliament.

Armen Ashotyan has noted that there is no such an issue on the political agenda of our country to go out of the EEU, therefore there is no need of the adoption of the draft statement.

As a result of voting the NA draft statement was not endorsed.
